Overview:
This course, taught by an attorney with vast experience working in corporations’ legal departments, explores ethical questions confronted by businesses and individuals in today’s complex working environment. Attendees will contemplate recent cases, real world scenarios (Enron, Martha Stewart and others), news stories and common ethical dilemmas. Emphasis will be placed upon employees’ responsibilities to a wide variety of people, including co-workers, customers and the general public.

At Course Completion:
Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will understand why ethical behavior requires more than simply complying with the law and how unethical behavior can significantly impact a workplace.
