Microsoft Office Skill Assessments:
Generally, we recommend that students begin with Level 1 of a class, if they have not already taken a formal class before (and peeking over your co-workers shoulder while they work doesn’t count as a formal class!). It’s usually a smart use of your time to begin at the beginning. In Level 1 classes, we teach the content that you use every day, and many of the shortcuts.
Often, people think “Oh, I’ve played with Excel some…I should start with Level 2.” But we say “you don’t know what you don’t know.”
Quiz me to see if I’m ready for the next level!
(Quiz opens in a new window. Score at least 80%, and we agree you should be ready for that level.)
|Excel||Level 2||Level 3||Level 4|
|Word||Level 2||Level 3|
