This intermediate course taught by a practicing attorney will cover real-life contract issues people face in the business world, such as representations and warranties, assignments, conditions, termination, breach of contract and the remedies for contract breaches. This practical course will discuss paragraphs from recognizable contracts and provide employees with tools they can use to impact their businesses.

This course is designed for people who are not attorneys, but who desire to gain the skills necessary to read and understand common contract provisions.
