Business Contracts I for Non-Lawyers

Overview:

This is a practical course is taught by a practicing attorney and addressing how contracts are formed, when e-mails can become contracts, whether a contract has to be signed to be enforceable, common contract terms and the implication of those terms. Instruction includes reviewing actual contract language.

Who Should Attend:

This basics course is designed for people who are not attorneys, but who desire to learn how and when contracts are formed to avoid entering into contracts without intending to do so, and for those who want to understand basic contract terms and provisions.

At Course Completion:

Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will be able to recognize  common contract terms and the implication of those terms.
